Meet Your Organizer
Hi, I’m Victoria Spruce, founder of Highland Organizing & Design. Currently my family and I live on the Eastern Coast of North Carolina. I officially launched my business in March 2024, but the journey began long before that. Over three years I spent researching, studying, and designing a service that would truly help people reclaim peace in their homes — and in their lives. After being in EMS for almost ten years, I knew that I wanted to still be a public servant to my communities.
Since launching, I’ve worked hands-on with clients across both residential and commercial spaces, offering organizing solutions that are thoughtful, functional, and personalized. Through the generous donations I receive from clients, I partner with local churches, blue bins, and Habitat for Humanity centers to make sure items find new purpose. I also host community charity events where people in need can come and receive these goods for free. Giving back is built into everything I do.
My work is deeply grounded in faith and family. My husband and I are actively involved in our church, and we’re raising two children with the same spirit of service and compassion that drives this business. Highland Organizing is not just my career — it’s my calling.
